Orders

Placing an order does not automatically create a purchase agreement.

Your order becomes accepted only after PureTwig confirms it and begins processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, product availability, or other reasonable circumstances.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur. PureTwig reserves the right to correct any errors and, where necessary, cancel affected orders.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

PureTwig cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Product Use

PureTwig products are intended for rabbits and other suitable small pets.

Every animal is unique. Pet owners are responsible for choosing products appropriate for their own pet and supervising their pet while using any chew product.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, logos, product packaging, product designs, website design, branding and other materials, is the intellectual property of PureTwig unless otherwise stated.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureTwig shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
