Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must :

• be unused and in its original condition;

• be returned in its original packaging;

• show no signs of opening, use, or damage.

For hygiene and product safety reasons,
we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind,
you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service,
as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on your preference, we will either :

• send a replacement at no additional cost; or

• issue a full refund.

If the issue was caused by our mistake or by damage during delivery,
PureTwig will cover any related costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear.
